Covid-19/Coronavirus Update

Due to the ongoing pandemic, Home-Options partners are operating with reduced staffing levels and are having to make alternative arangements. This will have an impact upon the services the we are able to offer at this present time.

Housing Register Applications

Due to staffing issues as a result of Covid-19, there may be delays in processing housing applications. Unless your housing need is urgent, you may experience a delay in registering your application.

Please:

  • complete your application in the usual way
  • do not contact us to ask about progress with your application. If we have any queries, we will contact you.

Allocations

The majority of landlords are now advertising homes as normal, although approaches to viewing and sign-ups differs between landlords. Some will provide accompanied viewings but other landlords have different arrangements. However it happens, please follow the Government guidance to keep you, your family and staff safe.

Contacting Home-Options

Many offices are still closed to the public, so if you need to contact your local Home-Options team, please do so by email or phone. Click here to visit our Contact page.

Many staff are still home-working so we are unable to provide the same service that we did pre-Covid-19. If possible, please use email rather than the phone and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
