Home-Options Policy 2013
The Home-Options Policy explains who is eligible to join Home-Options and how we let properties. For a copy of the policy click the link below:
This policy came into effect on 1 May 2013.
Please note that the Policy was amended on 21 March 2014. Two appendices relating to eligibility for housing in the UK had become out of date due to changes in Government guidance and the to rights of Romanian and Bulgarian citizens. The Policy now refers to The Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Eligibility) (England) Regulations 2006 (as amended), from which eligibility for housing in the UK is derived. This was not a material change to the Policy and therefore was not subject to consultation.
