Local Lettings Plans
The Home-Options allocation policy gives the flexibility to introduce local lettings plans.

The Allocations Policy states that in order for the Home-Options partners to meet its stated aims with regards to promoting sustainability and creating balanced communities Home-Options may introduce local lettings plans for specific areas or properties.

A local lettings plan is one that is devised to address certain imbalances or difficulties within existing accommodation or new build schemes.
